JP McDowell

JP is Managing Partner and Head of the Public and Regulatory Law Department. He has practised in this area of law for over 20 years. JP leads a team of experienced solicitors who specialise in the provision of a broad range of legal services to regulatory bodies, including the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland, the Teaching Council, the Medical Council, CORU, the Financial Services Ombudsman, the Veterinary Council of Ireland, the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland and the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council. JP advises regulatory bodies in relation to all aspects of regulation including registration, education and training, professional competence, discipline and oral hearings.
