James Scott

James Scott is Lead Researcher at the Real Estate Innovation Lab at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Upon completing his Master’s in Real Estate Finance and Development at MIT he was asked to join the MIT Real Estate Innovation Lab.

He has a passion for innovative technologies that utilize data to produce new products and processes which will provide the future spaces that people will want to live and work in. Based on James’s research at MIT he has given a number of talks/seminars on Automation and its impact in real estate to both students and professional organizations throughout the United States.
